Cirovic: Details on Russia's loan at end of October

BELGRADE - Serbian Assistant Finance Minister Zoran Cirovic told Tanjug Wednesday that Russian government representatives will present a proposal for the conditions for granting a one billion dollar loan to Serbia at the meeting of the joint working group in Moscow at the end of October.
